2. Program Description 


The HopeHealth Therapeutics Patient Engagement Program provides patients with important healthcare-related communications, including but not limited to: 

  • Appointment reminders 
  • Treatment and infusion updates 
  • Care coordination messages 
  • Billing and insurance notifications 


Messages may be delivered via SMS/text messaging and/or through the WeInfuse platform to support your care and improve communication with our clinical team. 



3. Message Frequency 


Message frequency may vary depending on your treatment schedule, appointments, and care needs. You may receive multiple messages per week related to your care. 



4. Message and Data Rates 


Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. HopeHealth Therapeutics LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile service provider. 



5. Patient Responsibilities 


By participating in this program, you agree to: 

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information 
  • Notify us of any changes to your phone number or communication preferences 
  • Use the information provided for personal healthcare purposes only 


6. Consent to Electronic Communications

WeInfuse is a third-party platform used to facilitate communication and care coordination. While we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, we are not responsible for technical delays or service interruptions outside of our control.
